What services do you offer?
We specialise in pre- and post-operative recovery, and general physiotherapy treatments to help with pain relief, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Do I need a referral from a doctor to see a physiotherapist?
No, you do not need a referral to make an appointment with us. However, some insurance providers may require a referral for coverage.
For your first appointment, please bring along any relevant documentation such as referrals, operation reports, work cover certificates, or other information that will help us understand your health needs better.
What should I expect during my first physiotherapy appointment?
Your initial appointment will include a comprehensive assessment of your condition, followed by the creation of a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on the nature of your injury or condition. After your initial assessment, we will provide an estimated treatment plan.
What should I wear to my physiotherapy sessions?
It’s best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. For specific injuries, you may be asked to wear clothing that makes it easy to access the affected area.
Do you offer physiotherapy for work-related injuries?
Yes, we work with Work Cover QLD and other insurances. We will ensure to support your return to work safely.
Can physiotherapy help me after surgery?
Absolutely. We offer post-operative rehabilitation programs designed to restore mobility, strength, and function following surgery.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept most major health insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage for physiotherapy services.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling the office or emailing us.
Do you bulk bill?
Unfortunately we do not bulk bill with medicare. To obtain benefits from medicare you will require eligibility for a care plan from your GP. With this care plan there will be a gap payment.
